i is need to save money

money $$$ next semester will be expensive, so many things coming up. Plans to go overseas, and celebrating my final year. this is crazy!! save save save... home cook food all the way..

i need to save for
  1. prom
  2. singapore
  3. mission trip
  4. passport
  5. and for showering love to those around me before i graduate...

lucky for everyone i love making food and feed to brighten up some souls.. kah kah kah

i'll be making more cards for sales, so keep your money to get pretty cards for birthdays, chinese new year and for valentines ... see you all next semester.. all profit goes to thailand mission fund.

i actually gained fans!!! hahaha i am so touched when a few of the audience asked for a photograph with me.. No regrets taking up this character. I was even happier when mom, dad and little bro came along.

Dad said, after this i no need find boyfriend edi. nobody wants me hehehe..

And to my most annoying asset, I'm happy to see you again.



Haahahakkss being the villain is fun! Was wondering how have i done at every practice? Was i bad?? Was i evil enough? Then to realize how much people loved this character..

week 5 workout

Monday was my active rest day (A.R.D). Didn't do any strenuous workout but was very active for sure.. Took the car,
  1. went to Jusco shopped in Jusco
  2. walk to Melaka mall (pedestrian bridge) shop[ed in Melaka mall
  3. then walk back to Jusco shopped again
  4. and then head back to car and drive home
  5. put down the shopping bags and send the car back to its rightful owner
  6. and walk home.. 2 hours of non-stop walking.. how is that!!! hahaha

Tuesday
Have skipped gym for a week for some good homemade exercises. Head back to gym (1hour)
20 minutes on the bicycle at fast rate every 3 minutes interval. Then on the dumbells,
  1. biceps curls
  2. hammer curls
  3. triceps pull backs
  4. dead lifts
  5. chest pull backs
  6. lats pull down
all targeting the upper body cos i wanna tone my arms and back.. haizzzz tired

Wednesday
rest day...
As for tomorrow i am gonna challenge myself.. so i am posting my plans for tomorrow in the gym
  1. 20 minutes of stairs climber
  2. 20 on the bicycle
  3. 10 minutes on jump rope
  4. and 30 minutes of weight training
all together estimating with standard table of calories burned during exercises according to my weight and time spend, i could burn minimum of 700 calories. lets see if i could do all that..

Thursday

noooooo my self challenge failed.. not cos i was lazy, or cos i was de-motivated or tired.. is in fact some selfish people hogging the gym equipment for 50 mins!!! commmon??? another problem was that the gym's jump rope was so low quality you can't sustain fast and long jumps without getting fatigue.

haihzzz i so like working out at home!! anyway.i enjoyed CG.. welcome back Esther ... i made shepherd's pie for everyone.. *so proud of my self* but i am even more satisfied when everyone was happy and well fed during bible study. Anyway the recipe to Debbie's shepherd's pie is as below

The Base (crepe)
2 eggs,
half cup of flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt / sugar

the filling (beef).. you can use any meat you like
1kg mince beef
1 large carrots
1 large yellow onions
Worcestershire source (according to taste)
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon sugar
less than 1/2 cup tomato sauce

the cover (mash potatoes)
3 large potatoes
1/2 butter
1/2 evaporated milk
little salt

Saturday
Morning my arms are still sore after Thursday's gym workout.. but i manage to jump through 1800 jump ropes this morning. i am not satisfied.. will do another round later in the evening. Maybe add in some capoeira moves to spice it up

Week 4 workout

SUNDAY
Promised to meet Sully by 8.15 but woke up at 8.15.. hahahakkss.. anyway.. went hiking up Bunga Raya Hill.. and it was tiring because i had sore calves from the jump ropes yesterday. But manage to go two round. Yes Sully we shall do it again .. and push your self harder next time..

By the way.. MMU CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP WILL BE CONDUCTING A PLAY FOR CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION ON THE 7TH OF DECEMBER. next Monday.. main hall 7.30pm.. everyone is invited!!!!


SATURDAY
afternoon (30mins) Just cardiovascular workout today,.. 1800 jump rope and stretches.. A great day for stretching.. The rain provides a cozy feeling for a peaceful intensive stretch..
With this, i guess my metabolism will be elevated throughout the day..


FRIDAY I'm not done !!!
afternoon (40mins) You guys should try this out.. 150 high knees jump ropes, 6 pike presses, 30 mountain climbers, 10 triceps leg lifts, 10 superman lifts, 20 toe touch crunches, 10 leg lfts and reverse the order!!! 20 toe touch crunches,10 superman lifts,10 triceps leg lifts, 30 mountain climbers, 6 pike presses, 150 high knees jump ropes...... all that as one set.. do 4 sets.. and D.U.A (Die Upon Arrival) .. wanna see how it is done watch it here BODY ROCK TV
In the video she did not ad jump ropes but i wanted more challenge so i added it in.. now try it out..


THURSDAY i can't work out today.. too tired.. so i shall call it rest day. but i wanna share this video clip click click click..I wanna do this too.. i wan i wan i probably trip a thousand times beore i can reach his speed but i wan i wan i wan


WEDNESDAY
Afternoon (1hr) I did 2000 jumps today (rope jumping) Half high knees and normal two feet jump. with push ups, obliques side push up, planks, leg raises, bicycles and variations of crunches. I realise blogging this makes me al the more motivated to workout.. kah kah kah

and i am totally crazy with the Korean version of Craig David's INSOMNIA, by Wheesung.. aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh





keep listening until i really got night mare last night.. INSOMNIA..


TUESDAY: my calves are sore, i slept through out the evening thinking i would only rest for 1 hour i end up taking 3 full hours of rest. Then called up Dumber and Dumbest to go climb hill with me.

I went 2 rounds of hiking.
(20 mins of up hill climbing, and 10 mins coming down). Both burns a certain amount of calories. Going up prob uses 9 calories per minute but coming down about half of the amount.



MONDAY
: TARGETING arms, and abs while maintaining metabolism while doing body weight training, hence the interval cardio.

morning (1hr), interval cardio and body weight training
(danced to pussy cat dolls) and did triceps push ups, crunches, sit ups, bicycle crunch, oblique lift, triceps dips, and

evening(40 mins) interval cardio and body weight training
(jump rope 150 times, 8 sets) performed same body weight training as above

target was to do 20 sets of jump rope but had no time so i only did 8 haizzz. Was rushing for scene 3 Practice. Will try it on Wednesday.. plan to go climb hill tomorrow..

she is so so so hot hot hot


eating 5 times a day every three hours
drinking loads of water
gym twice a week
hill tracking twice a week
and rope jumping with conditioning exercises twice a week
is paying off

Is the third week now and i am comfortable fitting in the cheong sam which cost me RM160!!!

Act3 will be coming in another 3 weeks time
so hopefully the commitment stays as planned

maintaining metabolism and building muscle mass is my goal.

i had fun training, i learned it is important to be professional and to keep a positive mindset everyday to enjoy the whole trip.

The department of the company i worked for sells engineering products and services. The company is very famous in fact.

Industrial training while being able to stay near to my family is velli naishhhhheeeee!!!!

free breakfast every morning

i got my dad to drive me to and fro from work

it feels so free to be taken cared of, lodging, transportation, meals

i have a break to decide and plan for my future.

This sounds so positive but i am so grateful, i get to play online games everyday at work, and still being able to learn about the industry and working life. Living in the urban area is crazeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
Traffic congestions are hell!!!


On usual days i go to sleep pretty early. It was 10.15pm on the 5th of July, getting ready to lie down, suddenly it hit me, i was humming the words of a song,the Power of your Love....

Flowing from the grace that i've found in You...

then i knew what was going through, i often seek the Lord before bedtime, and i'll start by singing a few praises , then i knew the Lord was speaking to me. YOu see, i have been struggliing with a few matters while i'm back home. Randomly picking a song each time, enjoying the moment of praises to him.

But that night, instead of giving to the Lord, He gave back. reminded me of His love and so i was revived and replenished.

i'm planning to get one, is so hard to find one in Malaysia, they only have it in Isetan KLCC and Tangs Pavilion. Theseboots last for years.. I'm planning to get a Birkenstock too, but that would have to wait a little longer.. when your are wearing a birkenstock you feet feel so safe, that when you take them off your feet feels naked.

i love this year's new year..!!! had an awesome start with my family, from the 1st to the third generation all was good. Praise the Lord !!!

increasing metabolic rate

i checked out this exercise web site, regarding resting metabolic rate RMR

Thing that affects your metabolic rate
  • Muscle - More muscle increases your RMR.

  • Age - Your RMR decreases with Age A decrease in your RMR can be due to genetics.

  • The Weather - Living in a cold enviroment can increase your RMR. I know this sounds strange but you expend more energy while moving around in cold weather. It's a alot easier to move around in summer but more of an effort to "get going" in winter.

  • Meals - Small regular meals will increase your RMR.

  • Pregnancy - It can increase your RMR.

  • Crash Dieting - It will decrease your RMR.

  • Supplements - Some supplements can raise your RMR.


and here are a few tips on how to get your resting metabolic rate elevated..

girls dieting wont increase your metabolic rate it will only slow it down.

so that's why, when you diet for a few weeks and get back on to your normal routine you tend to regain all those fat lost and worst get fatter!!!

So you will actually put on fat more easily than you started.

and don't be crazy!! there is no such thing as "I think your digesting system is better than mine"
is all the same it just depends on what you ate.

So for this coming holiday, get on your gears, you don't have to sit and 1 to 2 hours of cardio exercises, what you need is 30 mins of strength training and intensified cardio workout to get extra muscles to hype up that metabolism of yours. Why do you wanna work out for 2 hours a day when you can just do half and hour and rest the whole day and let your body do the burning while you are sleeping.

how did 2009 begin

As we all get older, we must remember we are no longer 15.

I'm turnign 22 soon!!! crazee man!!!!

Soon we'll be leaving UNI, then we'll start working and work till we get the pencen.. but at the end of the day we'll come back to our family, for support, for company and for love.

The 1st day of 2009, home has gone from cold to warmer. Shook things of a little to tighten that family spirit. Mdm. Misunderstandings will come showing up once in a while but Mr Forgive with his wive Ms Forget will help to make things better.

Though sometimes Ms Forget never comes along and only Mr Forgive arrives to do the ammenments, Mdm. Misunderstandings will only be shut up but not shoooh away.

i think most of you know what i mean. Just got back to malacca today, and study continues, exam falls on the 6th of January.. ONLY

i have ONLY ONE FINAL PAPER... weeeeeeeeeee
