then go for another 1 hour of walk around the field.

morning Walked up hill - 2 rounds
evening Walked up hill - 3 rounds plus one climb ( practically climbed up Bunga Raya hill ) so fun!!
thursday (14th Jan 2010)
afternoon - i have to do something even if i have no time to workout so i slot in jump ropes in the afternoon.. 2400 jump ropes might seem a lot but actually is the same as doing stair climbers and running on a treadmill.. 2400 divide 120 jumps( 1 minute) means i have done 20 mins of high intensity cardio.. very tiring you know!!! sweat like nobody's business

This week (Jan 4th to Jan 9th)
I've been fatten up from study week till first week of holidays.. And i just got back to working out
This week workout is to burn fat!! I went back to walking, (1hour)
walk in morning and in evening, stretches in the afternoon(30 mins)
Monday - walking in the morning
- stretches in the afternoon
- walking in the evening
Tuesday - walking in the morning
- stretches in the afternoon
- walking (around the field 7 rounds)
and jog (up hill 100 metres 13 times)
Wednesday - walking in the morning
- walking in the evening
Thursday - Walking and Jog in the morning
Friday - jump rope, and capoeira training
saturday - jump ropes and core workout!! thighs and calves ache like crazy!!!

i is need to save money
money $$$ next semester will be expensive, so many things coming up. Plans to go overseas, and celebrating my final year. this is crazy!! save save save... home cook food all the way..

stardom
i actually gained fans!!! hahaha i am so touched when a few of the audience asked for a photograph with me.. No regrets taking up this character. I was even happier when mom, dad and little bro came along.
Dad said, after this i no need find boyfriend edi. nobody wants me hehehe..
And to my most annoying asset, I'm happy to see you again.

Haahahakkss being the villain is fun! Was wondering how have i done at every practice? Was i bad?? Was i evil enough? Then to realize how much people loved this character..

week 5 workout
Monday was my active rest day (A.R.D). Didn't do any strenuous workout but was very active for sure.. Took the car,
Tuesday
Have skipped gym for a week for some good homemade exercises. Head back to gym (1hour)
20 minutes on the bicycle at fast rate every 3 minutes interval. Then on the dumbells,
Wednesday
rest day...
As for tomorrow i am gonna challenge myself.. so i am posting my plans for tomorrow in the gym
Thursday
noooooo my self challenge failed.. not cos i was lazy, or cos i was de-motivated or tired.. is in fact some selfish people hogging the gym equipment for 50 mins!!! commmon??? another problem was that the gym's jump rope was so low quality you can't sustain fast and long jumps without getting fatigue.
haihzzz i so like working out at home!! anyway.i enjoyed CG.. welcome back Esther ... i made shepherd's pie for everyone.. *so proud of my self* but i am even more satisfied when everyone was happy and well fed during bible study. Anyway the recipe to Debbie's shepherd's pie is as below
The Base (crepe)
2 eggs,
half cup of flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt / sugar
the filling (beef).. you can use any meat you like
1kg mince beef
1 large carrots
1 large yellow onions
Worcestershire source (according to taste)
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon sugar
less than 1/2 cup tomato sauce
the cover (mash potatoes)
3 large potatoes
1/2 butter
1/2 evaporated milk
little salt
WANNA LEARN HOW TO MAKE ??.. EASY. JUST GO ONLINE AND SEARCH.. HAHAHA
Saturday
Morning my arms are still sore after Thursday's gym workout.. but i manage to jump through 1800 jump ropes this morning. i am not satisfied.. will do another round later in the evening. Maybe add in some capoeira moves to spice it up
- went to Jusco shopped in Jusco
- walk to Melaka mall (pedestrian bridge) shop[ed in Melaka mall
- then walk back to Jusco shopped again
- and then head back to car and drive home
- put down the shopping bags and send the car back to its rightful owner
- and walk home.. 2 hours of non-stop walking.. how is that!!! hahaha

Week 4 workout
SUNDAY
Promised to meet Sully by 8.15 but woke up at 8.15.. hahahakkss.. anyway.. went hiking up Bunga Raya Hill.. and it was tiring because i had sore calves from the jump ropes yesterday. But manage to go two round. Yes Sully we shall do it again .. and push your self harder next time..
By the way.. MMU CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP WILL BE CONDUCTING A PLAY FOR CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION ON THE 7TH OF DECEMBER. next Monday.. main hall 7.30pm.. everyone is invited!!!!
SATURDAY

afternoon (40mins) You guys should try this out.. 150 high knees jump ropes, 6 pike presses, 30 mountain climbers, 10 triceps leg lifts, 10 superman lifts, 20 toe touch crunches, 10 leg lfts and reverse the order!!! 20 toe touch crunches,10 superman lifts,10 triceps leg lifts, 30 mountain climbers, 6 pike presses, 150 high knees jump ropes...... all that as one set.. do 4 sets.. and D.U.A (Die Upon Arrival) .. wanna see how it is done watch it here BODY ROCK TV
In the video she did not ad jump ropes but i wanted more challenge so i added it in.. now try it out..

Afternoon (1hr) I did 2000 jumps today (rope jumping) Half high knees and normal two feet jump. with push ups, obliques side push up, planks, leg raises, bicycles and variations of crunches. I realise blogging this makes me al the more motivated to workout.. kah kah kah
and i am totally crazy with the Korean version of Craig David's INSOMNIA, by Wheesung.. aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh



keep listening until i really got night mare last night.. INSOMNIA..
TUESDAY: my calves are sore, i slept through out the evening thinking i would only rest for 1 hour i end up taking 3 full hours of rest. Then called up Dumber and Dumbest to go climb hill with me.
I went 2 rounds of hiking.
(20 mins of up hill climbing, and 10 mins coming down). Both burns a certain amount of calories. Going up prob uses 9 calories per minute but coming down about half of the amount.
MONDAY: TARGETING arms, and abs while maintaining metabolism while doing body weight training, hence the interval cardio.
morning (1hr), interval cardio and body weight training
(danced to pussy cat dolls) and did triceps push ups, crunches, sit ups, bicycle crunch, oblique lift, triceps dips, and
evening(40 mins) interval cardio and body weight training
(jump rope 150 times, 8 sets) performed same body weight training as above
target was to do 20 sets of jump rope but had no time so i only did 8 haizzz. Was rushing for scene 3 Practice. Will try it on Wednesday.. plan to go climb hill tomorrow..

she is so so so hot hot hot

eating 5 times a day every three hours
drinking loads of water
gym twice a week
hill tracking twice a week
and rope jumping with conditioning exercises twice a week
is paying off
Is the third week now and i am comfortable fitting in the cheong sam which cost me RM160!!!
Act3 will be coming in another 3 weeks time
so hopefully the commitment stays as planned
