  • Crash Dieting - It will decrease your RMR.

so that's why, when you diet for a few weeks and get back on to your normal routine you tend to regain all those fat lost and worst get fatter!!!

So for this coming holiday, get on your gears, you don't have to sit and 1 to 2 hours of cardio exercises, what you need is 30 mins of strength training and intensified cardio workout to get extra muscles to hype up that metabolism of yours. Why do you wanna work out for 2 hours a day when you can just do half and hour and rest the whole day and let your body do the burning while you are sleeping.
