You just spread a sufficient amount of peanut butter on one slice of bread and jam or kaya or both on another smack both slices together and enjoy every ooozing sweetness,
The trick is NOT to be greedy with the amount, too much of a good thing is boring, sufficient spread will keep you wanting moreeeeeeeee!!
I'm so lazy to cook, but i have wholewheat bread, no sugar peanut butter and tiny little jam pockets that my parents "whacked" from a hotel. dieto no dieto i am into yummylicious all time favourite calories jam packed PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM SANDWICHessss
